I didn't follow the directions for this but it did come out beautifully. Instead of using the stuffing they created I used a holiday one from Stove Top that has apples in it. I also used just water & the apple juice with it instead of the broth cutting the water by 1/2. I placed the pork chops in the crock pot with a 1/2 cup of juice & let them cook as directed. An hour before serving I made up the stuffing using melted butter, cold water & juice. I placed the stuffing on top of the chops. This way the stuffing doesn't turn out too mushy which can happen otherwise when it cooks too long.

My husband LOVED this! It was very tasty! I used dried apricots and it turned out fabulous. Hard to believe it was so easy, but looked and tasted so "Gourmet"!

My family loves this recipe. Our favorite fruit to add is Dried Cherries. I usually use bonesless spare ribs instead of Chops. Its absolutely delicious comfort food!!
