I am new to this cooking thing, but this came out great! My husband was hesitant to try something new, but he LOVED it. My little ones ate their share too :) I loved the zest the chili sauce brought to it.

This was a great tasting stew, something different from the norm. I don't like cooked carrots but everyone else does so I left them in the recipe. I didn't have baby carrots so I used slices. In the flavorful gravy even I ate the carrots!
