Expert Tips

This recipe works with regular, dark Worcestershire sauce, but the dip will have a slight tan color.

To quickly soften cream cheese, unwrap it and place in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave it on MEDIUM for 60 to 90 seconds.

In small skillet over medium heat, melt 1 teaspoon of margarine or butter. Add 3 tablespoons of sliced almonds and cook them for 1 to 2 minutes, or until toasted, stirring occasionally. Just before serving the dip, sprinkle it with the toasted almonds.
