big hit for the holidays! My gang totally loved this recipe and it was so easy to prepare. Will definitely make for Christmas. The garlic was perfectly flavored and the cream cheese added a smooth touch. Thanks for the awesome recipe.

This is how my Christmas mash potato is made. And I've been making this for a few years. My family and friends all liked it.

Super easy to make. I love garlic, but I thought 4 cloves was a bit too much. I used chicken broth in place of water, and used 8 oz of cream cheese. There were no left overs.

Very good. My only sugestion is not to keep on warm or low very long after the initial cooking time. It will dry them out. Serve as soon as posible for warm and creamy potatoes.

This was a great recipe. I have a small kitchen and usually end up cooking for 25 people. This allowed me to have other dishes cooking on my stove. The flavor of these potatoes was fabulous. I will be using this recipe over and over.

Would not make again in crock pot. Perhaps give a try with regular boiling method and keep warm in crock pot. Potatoes discolored to a grayish brown, they stuck to the pot and turned out on the gummy side. Cooked less time than designated because they were sticking. Used exact measurements. I topped them with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese to add some color appeal and cover up the fact they were gray in color. Tasted strong of roasted garlic which was a nice treat.

If I make this recipe again I will put less garlic, the tate of garlic was very over powering.

I tried these potatoes at Thanksgiving and they were a big hit!! I love to have potatoes with the skins on and this was such an easy dish to fix. With the oven always in use for a Holiday meal, this was a pleasure to make and serve.

Delicious!!! Made this dish for a Holiday carry-in lunch. There were 19 people. I did not make extra because everyone brought a dish. Yea, well, this dish was enjoyed by all. I brought home nothing. I did do one thing different, though. Instead of using the cream cheese with chives, I used 4 oz. of cream cheese I had & added fresh chives, about 3 Tbsp.
