This is not a "soup" but is an easy supper. There really is no extra liquid. I love using the coleslaw blend, as this is really easy to throw together. You may want to put a little more spices in it, just depends how you like it. I would say it is enough for three to four people. I made garlic bread to go along with this. I've made this twice in the past three weeks, just because it is tastes great and is super easy to make.
