Made this tonight for our 49th wedding anniversary. I made a few changes. Got a late start, so used the pressure cooker and the meat was ready in 15 minutes. Tender as all get out. Put 16 oz. sour cream in a bowl, added the beef base, and a package of pepper gravy mix and a whole lot of paprika. When the pressure went down, added the mushrooms and sour cream. And heated it to almost a boil. Made the potatoes according to the directions. They were so soft, it was great. It was a feast for a special day.
