So so so easy and super tasty! I added more sweet and sour and bbq sauces and cooked it on low for about 8 hours instead of 10. I also cooked up some grilled onions and garlic and added that and cheese to the sandwiches. I will be making this again, because it got rave reviews at my house!

I cooked this for 6 hours on low & it burned. I really should have only cooked it for 4 - 5 hours on low. I doubled the Sweet & Sour sauce as well as the bbq sauce, so it's plenty saucy (and the flavor is good). But the meat is overdone from cooking too long, so it's kind of dry. I may try this recipe again & just cook it for less time.
