This recipe is GREAT! My husband,son and I loved it! I did change it up just a bit. I added more onion and left it chunky along with getting the sloppy joe mix that is also chunky. I only put in half of a can of mixed veggies. I covered the top of the sloppy joe with the roasted garlic mashed potatoes then sprinkled it with shredded cheddar cheese and parsley. It was really easy and so tastey! I will be making this again for sure. Thank you so much!!!

Used two packets of instant potatoes like Marsha07. Very good.

This is a really good recipe. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it and it was easy to make. However, instead of using just one package of instant potatoes I used two and grated cheese over them. Very Good!
