It was so good, can't wait to make it again, did take longer to get the bread sticks brown, and will try to make a bottom next time, other than that i wouldn't change a thing..

This is a yummy recipe. I have also made this with low fat crescent rolls. Unroll half of the rolls on the bottom of the baking dish, spread the sloppy joe mix over the bottom rolls. Sprinkle 1/2 to 3/4 pkg. of fat free mozarella cheese and the same amount of fat free cheddar cheese over sloppy joe mix. Top with the remaining crescent rolls. Bake 30 min. and enjoy a lower calorie/fat version. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!

instead of using "BREAD ROLL DOUGH" - I would use the "FLAKY BISCUITS" as follows: prepare the baking dish with a vegetable spray or butter: separate biscuit layers in half, placing in bottom of baking dish...bake for approximately 8 minutes: then layer sloppy joe mixture over this layer, then top with remaining split biscuits, sprinkle with shredded cheddar jack cheese and bake.
