I haven't had Sloppy Joes since I was in grade school, so I was really excited to try this tonight. It's soooo yummy. My husband likes a little heat, so I added a little bit of red pepper flakes. Oh yeah baby!!!

I made this recipe for a meal I took to a friend. I knew he ate Sloppy Joes so I thought he'd like this. I used frozen corn and added a bit of chili powder. I also used some of my own sauce. I made enough for a dish for him and one for us to try. Our friend asked for the recipe and my family enjoyed it too. I will use this recipe the next time I have a meal to deliver.
