I've made this recipe twice and it was loved by all who imbibed both times. The first time however, I found by using an entire 1/3 cup of ketchup made the sloppy joe mixture too runny, so the second time I used a tablespoon of ketchup and added more worsechester(sp?) sauce and the sloppy joe mixture was perfect.

This was good, but would be better an easier just using a can of sloppy joe sauce instead of mixing ingredients. I also used an entire pound of meat and got more filling portions.

It's an easy fix for the week night. It is a hit with my 19 month old!

Make them in regular size biscuits, too, for a quick appetizer for a football game.

What a GREAT idea! These turned out fantastic! I just substituted Western dressing for the other stuff listed to put in meat! Thanks for another great idea! We will have this again.

I made this but needed to lower the sodium and fat, big time! I made it with ground turkey, skipped the added salt, halved the worcestershire, and went with lower fat cheese. Still very tasty!

I have various varieties of this recipe. Is good an tasty (addidng a couple of ingredients more to the meaat (like chicken bouillions and extra spices like cilantro -a twinge-and perhaps a little marjoram. Great fro kids because is easy to make and they can do it. Serve with a salad, salsa, a simple dessert and drink and you have lunch or simple supper. Enjoy!

I Can’t Make A Review Until I Get Some Clarification Of This Recipe. I Have Not Tried This Yet As To Some Confusion In Directions, In The Beginning Of The Recipe You Said…
Make And Bake Individual Bowls Out Of Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits, THEN Fill With A Meaty Sauce For A Deliciously Satisfying Dish.
In Your Directions It Was Stated, “Prepare “UNBAKED” Biscuits THEN Spoon About 1/3 Cup Beef Mixture Into Indentation In Each Biscuit. Sprinkle Each Biscuit With 1 Tablespoon Shredded Cheese.
Then Bake 12 To 17 Minutes Or Until Biscuits Are Golden Brown And Cheese Is Melted.
What Is Correct?

I really loved this. The second time I made them I pressed the biscuits in a muffin/cup cake pan so the meat wouldn't spill out.
