ok this sounds good, but I have problems keeping the dough in the shape it needs to be for the recipe(s)...for instance, I tried the Unsloppy Joes, and got so frustrated because I couldn't get the dough to stay in the 6 in diameter the recipe called for that I ended up with a biscuit sized sloppy joe. :( any ideas?? Thanks!!!

We love this recipe. Made it twice this week for dinner. Used Venison that my dad had give us that was ground up like hamburger. Very lean. Tweaked the recipe a bit, as I love a recipe called Diet Coke Sloppy Joes from another site that I get recipes from. It was wonderful! I love the idea of using Grands as the base instead of hamburger buns. Will defiantly make these again!

We loved this recipe...especially my husband. It's the first one from Pillsbury that I've tried. I'm not a cook like most people, but with all the wonderful recipes I see here I am going to start trying alot of them. The recipe is so easy to prep and bake and pretty decent price. I can hardly wait to try the other recipes! Thank you!! Mary

Not as messy as a regular sloppy joe and great for a quick and easy dinner.

These were good, but a little dry. Next time, I think I'll include some cheese sauce on them. Although it could be because I didn't follow the instructions exactly. I didn't put any peppers or sauces in it except for BBQ mixed in with the hamburger.

My husband and I loved this recipe! I am a vegetarian, so I used ground soy and added some extra bbq sauce. It was wonderful!

I would change a few things---which I did and they were great!! I left out the water and the mustard and I added bbq sauce...huge difference--now they are a 5 rating

decrease cat-sup by 1/2 and add 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper to meat mixture while browning. Before baking add 1 tsp honey mustard barbecue* (or any other barbecue flavor) sauce to the top of each biscuit and double the cheese. Bake as instructed and finish under broiler until well browned. optional add 1 cocktail weenie to the top of each biscuit. * first choice

Forgiving recipe. I had already browned the ground beef when I realized I had a can of french bread, not biscuits. So I sliced the dough into 8 rounds and mashed them like I would have the biscuits. I didn't measure the sauce either. I think next time I'll just use the store bought and cut an extra step out.
