I make this recipe using ground turkey (we don't eat beef), chopped onions and our favorite barbeque sauce - topped with cheddar cheese. It's always requested as a "do-over" and is so quick and easy to make. Kids love it!

I have made this recipe twice exactly as the recipe is written and it is GREAT! My husband loves it and it is easy to make. I have told several friends to make it as well for their families. It's a real keeper!

I like keep it simple (KISS). To KISS this recipe- cooked hamburger, favorite can sloppy joe/manwich mix, biscuit, and cheese. They were great!! Quick froze them and took on vacation, microwaved, awsome!! My 10 year old can make these!!

This similar receipe has been in our family forever. We just use ground beef, onions and mushrooms and then use BBQ sauce as our mixture. Top with shredded cheese the last 5 minutes or so. It's AMAZING and SUPER easy. Its a hit with family and friends!

This was a hit with the whole family! It was fun and easy. I used shredded chicken for the meat and BBQ sauce instead of the ketchup (my family is not a fan of ketchup). You can really create whatever stuffing you want. Just the idea of putting it into the biscuits is what made it special.

I used ground turkey as a substitute for red meat and I used a ready made sauce. This made the process a little faster. The end result was delicious. Definitely a keeper for an easy meal.

Made this recipe for the first time tonight because I was too lazy to go to the store to buy buns. This was a HUGE hit with the kids! My 8 year old had seconds and for the first time ever, both my 3 year old and my 21 month old ate their entire main course. I will definitely make this again and will try other variations of the "muffin" -- My 8 year old did ask if we could have blueberry muffins tomorrow night for dinner. Don't think so.....
