Made this tonight for a quick family movie night finger food. It was good....think I would use a little less pizza sauce, add a bunch of different "toppings", sprinkle a little more cheese on top. Had to broil on low for the top to crisp up. I would make this again. :0)

Made this last night and it was a hit. Very quick and easy. I didn't have the Grands on hand so I used the Jr Grand biscuits but other than that I followed the recipe. Will make again but I think next time I will sprinkle more cheese on top.

This is a good basic recipe can add whatever your like for favorite toppings.. green & black olives, pepperoni sausage can make it with a touch of oregano, garlic powder and/or a pinch of red pepper flakes,a sprinkle of chopped onion, mushrooms. always drizzle I drizzle a little oil over my sauce before I add toppings.. Make it your own

As a middle scool home economics I had my student make something similar to this, and we called it pizza bubble. We quartered the biscuits and mixed the biscuits with the pizza sauce. Then pour biscuits on a pan. Lastly cover with the cheese and pepperoni (we used turkey - greasy). Teenagers loved it!!!!

I would very much like to rate this recipe a 3.5. This was good but not great. I added pineapple, black olives, and onions and the flavor was still lacking. I will make them again but use them for after school snacks for my teenagers. I will also add more italian spices next time.
