can (19 ounces) ready-to-serve hearty tomato soup

can (15 ounces) spicy chili beans, undrained

pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef

bag (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese (1 cup)

Steps

  • 1 Spray extra-large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground beef and onion; cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring frequently.
  • 2 Add soup, chili beans, green chiles and corn; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
