lb. lean ground beef

oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni

(15.5-oz.) can spicy chili beans, undrained

(14.5-oz.) can zesty chili-style chunky tomatoes, undrained
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
4
oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain; return to saucepan. Cover to keep warm.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  3. 3 Reduce heat to medium. Stir in cooked macaroni, beans, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese.
