Spread cut sides of kaiser rolls with margarine; sprinkle with dill. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Set top halves aside.
Spoon seafood salad onto bottom half of each roll. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle cocktail sauce over salad mixture. Cover with top halves of rolls.
