Sizzling Seafood Sandwiches

The deli comes to the rescue with prepared seafood salad that you can easily "doctor" to make an original and delicious sandwich. If you wish, garnish each portion with a sprig of fresh dill.

Ingredients

kaiser rolls, split

tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
1/2
teaspoon dried dill weed

cups seafood salad (from deli)

oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4
cup cocktail sauce, if desired
  • 1 Spread cut sides of kaiser rolls with margarine; sprinkle with dill. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Set top halves aside.
  • 2 Spoon seafood salad onto bottom half of each roll. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle cocktail sauce over salad mixture. Cover with top halves of rolls.
