Simple Honey-Glazed Salmon

sockeye or chum salmon fillet (8 oz), cut into 2 pieces

teaspoon honey
1
teaspoon ketchup

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Place salmon on foil.
  2. 2 In small bowl, stir together honey and ketchup. Spread mixture over salmon.
  3. 3 Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until thickest part of fish flakes easily with fork.
