These tacos are really easy and super yummy! It might help to have an extra avocado chopped up, Hubby and I usually fight over the avocado! I use this recipe regularly!

When I first read the recipe I thought... could it really be that easy? YES. They are. And they were a huge hit. I did get the stand up tacos for a cleaner presentation for guests. Also, I just chopped up whatever lettuce I had in the house. The entire dish was pretty and colorful. Will make again. I served with home made Guacamole and Pillsbury's recipe for spanish rice.

I just got finish eating 2 of these shrimp tacos and they were the best!! This is my first time ever having shrimp tacos and boy, was I NOT disappointed. Plus they were SO easy to make. These have definitely become a staple in my household!!
