Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust
1
tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1/2
pound uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed if frozen
1
clove garlic, finely chopped
2
cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
1
can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1
cup crumbled feta cheese
1
tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400º F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp and garlic in oil about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and firm.
  3. 3 Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with shrimp, olives, remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and the feta cheese. Sprinkle with rosemary. Bake an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
