These are the best fun dessert!! I have friends and family that beg for these - I've even given them as birthday gifts! One change to the recipe - instead of the crushed honey oat bars, I use crushed toffee bits!

Wonderful cookies. Used my own cookie dough. I changed the chocolate to straight chocolate with a teaspoon of shortening to make is melt smoothly. Time consuming on making the cookies. Make them with a friend and split the baked goods.

We used a melon baller to press down the cookie for the filling. That was much easier than the spoon end recommended in the recipe. I also had to use chocolate chip cookie instead of peanut butter cookies. the store we went to did not have the latter. These little cookies went quickly at our party. Very popular.

I made these for my husband's work dinner and they were all gone within minutes. I did not use the granola, instead I used mini chocolate chips as a garnish. If I was in a pinch for time I would make regular cookies and glaze with the chocolate and peanut butter mixtures. Either way they are yummy!

This recipe has become a favorite at my church bake sales! Easy to make, easy to sell, easy to eat!!! The great mix of chocolate and peanut butter is yet to be matched by anything I've ever put together. Fun for the kids to help with as well! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!

These are FANTASTIC!!! They turn out perfectly every time. I used peanut butter granola bars instead of honey and oat. A MUST for any chocolate peanut butter combo lover!

This recipe is awesome!!! I didn't use the granola topping though......I used more choco chips for the topping- I made a glazed instead of the granola topping. I kind of had a hard time making an indentation after the cookies came out. I used the end of a knife because I didn't have a wooden spoon. The overall recipe was great and VERY EASY to make!!

These were great! I cheated though and used mini Reese's Peanut Butter cups in them instead of melting and mixing the other ingredients. This helped it to not be so time consuming. Still tasted just as good!!
