First time I have ever made a Manicotti recipe. It was so easy! Love it. Will make again when the kids come home for Christmas.

I have made this many many times. With all different sauce including my own Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Sauce. It has always gotten many compliments and requests for recipe. I use frozen sausage links, cut in half and they slide right in manicotti. I have also used chicken breast cut to size. I have also made the whole recipe, baked, frozen and then just had to thaw and heat. This is a very versitile recipe.
