This recipe is a keeper. Family liked it. Great flavor. A nice change from boring burgers. Easy and fast to assemble.

I loved the flavor but thought there was too much ketchup. My burgers didn't hold together too well. The onion topping can be used for staeks, brats, smoked sausage..really versatile!

We found these to be wonderful, but didn't make them as sliders. I formed full sized patties, used low sodium soy, chopped garlic from a jar, ground ginger and they were STILL great. I can only imagine how they would be with shopped ginger. I still would use the garlic from the jar, tho.
