They are very festive, yummy and fun for the office. I rolled mine out and used a shamrock cookie cutter then sprinkled with green suger.

A really fun, festive little exercise in creative baking. I was a little disappointed in the finished product, however...didn't look so much like the photograph. They spread out more...maybe I needed to add more than the 1/4 cup flour? (I did refrigerate dough between working with it.) Not only a fun treat for kids; it also provided a fun treat for the elderly!
