Before grating the Ginger Root scrape peel off with edge of a spoon.Works quick and easy.

Very good.My whole family loved it.Very tastey,the Ginger gives a nice twist. Tip: I'd never grated ginger root before a friend suggested using edge of spoon to peel before grating. It worked.

This was vey good. I added an extra pkg of ramen noodles for more crunch , along with some carrots. I knew my kids wouldn''t like the dreesing so I served theirs with ranch.
