Making this salad AGAIN! Delicious! I use rice wine vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar & sugar. Yum!

I think I've become addicted to this salad ! The crunch, the flavors and it's beauty are soooooo appealing. ingrediants again on my grocery list ! Love it. !!!!

It really is beautiful to look at as well as wonderful to eat. Easy and quick. i used shrimp this time when preparing this dish
