Chicken drumettes are chicken wings trimmed to resemble small chicken legs. Drumettes are all-white meat and perfect to prepare for appetizers.
To toast sesame seed, place in a skillet; stir over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Dip and coat the drumettes in advance. Place the prepared drumettes on a baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; cover and refrigerate them until you’re ready to bake.
