Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine flour, bread crumbs, sesame seed, garlic salt and ground red pepper; mix well. In another small bowl, beat egg whites. Dip chicken drummettes in egg whites; coat with flour mixture. Place on sprayed foil-lined pan. Spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 425°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
