Sesame Buttered Broccoli

Asian- style side dish ready in 15 minutes! Enjoy this crisp-tender broccoli recipe flavored with soy sauce.

Ingredients

pounds broccoli, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (about 4 cups)

tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

teaspoons soy sauce

teaspoon sesame seed, toasted

teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, heat 1 inch water to boiling. Add broccoli. Heat to boiling. Boil uncovered 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well. Return broccoli to saucepan.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour butter mixture over hot broccoli; toss to coat.
