I made this recipe in the 90's when my daughter was younger. Mostly for family gathering but I have not made it since. I was looking through one of my junk drawers. I came across the recipe and decide to make it for Christmas. A friend of the family saw me at the supermarket and ask me to make it for him. So that should tell you how good this recipe is if he remembered.

I've made this twice and loved it both times. I think I added a little extra dill and also used a little mozaralla cheese. The second time I made it I forgot the spinach which was draining in my fridge, was told it was still excellent!!

This recipe is definitely a keeper! Everyone in my family loved it and had seconds...Even my 4 year old.I did make some changes to make it quicker and easier. Instead of making the white sauce with milk and cornstarch and broth, I used two 16 oz jars of Classico Alfredo Sauce. One regular Alfredo, and one Roasted Garlic Alfredo. I mixed the 2 together and added the dill.I also used 2 boxes of spinach instead of one, as one just didn''t seem to be enough. And finally, I used the ready to use Lasagna noodles. The kind you don''t have to boil! They cook in the oven! Using the ready noodles and the Classico sauce cut the prep time for this meal in half and added some richness! I was done preparing it in 20 minutes and it was ovenready and delicious!!! Thanks for this easy and wonderful recipe! It will go into favorites!

I made this for my family and it was gone in no time. It was very tasty and easy to throw together.
