bag (7.7 or 8 oz) Pillsbury® Egg Scrambles™ frozen egg scramble (any flavor)
1
can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/4
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
1
egg, beaten
1/2
teaspoon poppy seed

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • 2 Microwave egg scramble as directed on bag.
  • 3 Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Arrange to make 1 long rectangle. Firmly press seams together to seal.
  • 4 Place egg scramble mixture along length of dough. Top with cheese. Fold dough over itself, and press edges to seal. Carefully pull ends together to form a ring.
  • 5 Using sharp knife, cut 6 small slits into top of dough. Brush top of ring with beaten egg. Sprinkle poppy seed on top.
  • 6 Bake about 20 minutes or until top is golden.

Recipe can easily be doubled.

Substitute sesame seed for poppy seed.
