Enjoy this easy scalloped corn dish – a perfect side made in slow-cooker.

cup all-purpose flour

cup butter or margarine, melted

carton (8 oz) fat-free egg product (1 cup)

cup evaporated milk

teaspoons sugar

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn

can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained

Steps

  • 1 Spray 2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except whole kernel corn. Stir in whole kernel corn. Pour into slow cooker.
  • 2 Cover; cook on High heat setting 2 to 3 hours.

Expert Tips

If you like, use 4 eggs instead of the fat-free egg product. Beat the eggs using a fork or whisk before adding to the other ingredients.
