cup chopped onion

cup chopped celery

bay leaf

teaspoon salt

teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

cup water

Directions

  1. 1 Remove gravy packet or extra parts from turkey breast. Place onion, celery and bay leaf in cavity of turkey. Place turkey in 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 In small bowl, mix bouillon and water until dissolved. Pour over turkey.
  3. 3 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
