Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix both cereals, both crackers and the pretzel sticks.
In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Drizzle over cereal mixture; toss to coat evenly. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
Bake 5 minutes. Stir; bake 3 to 5 minutes longer. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Store in tightly covered container or resealable plastic food-storage bags.
