Very good! I''m always looking for moist, juicy turkey breast, and this was it! We don''t care for dark meat, so this was perfect. Next time though, I''ll increase the seasonings, especially for the outside of the turkey. I''ll probably never buy a ''whole'' turkey again, this is perfect.
