box (6.2 oz) fast-cooking long-grain and wild rice mix (with seasoning packet)

cups boiling water

can (14.75 oz) Green Giant™ cream style sweet corn

lb smoked chorizo or kielbasa sausage, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices
1
large green bell pepper, chopped (1 1/2 cups)

can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart round casserole with cooking spray.
  2. 2 In casserole, stir rice mix, contents of seasoning packet and boiling water; stir in corn. Add sausage, bell pepper and beans; stir carefully (casserole will be full).
  3. 3 Cover tightly with foil; bake 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
