cans crescent rolls
1
lb of your favorite sausage
4
oz's cream cheese
1/2
lb velveeta cheese

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 Roll out crescents into a rectangle.
  • 3 Brown sausage and drain well.
  • 4 Remove from heat and add cream cheese and velveeta cheese.
  • 5 Mix until creamy.
  • 6 Spread cooled sausage mixture over rolled out crescents.
  • 7 Roll up crescent retangle like a jellyroll.
  • 8 Slice into 3/4 inch slices.
  • 9 Bake until golden brown.

Made these this morning, and they were a big hit with my family! I used about half the Velveeta, and put the prepared "roll" in the freezer for about 30 minutes to make it easier to slice before baking. Great recipe!!

These turned out great! I did have to mix the cheese in over low heat to get it to melt. And baked them for around 13 minutes at 375.
