I think this would be an easy recipe to make in cupcake pans and then freeze for a quick breakfast during the school year. Just use individual biscuits!

This is incredibly good AND yummy. I did a double batch and most of it was eaten up. I used the butter flavor crescent rolls. I had one package of fat free cream cheese, one package of 1/3 less than cream cheese, and some left over cheese ball. The cheese ball was the Olive and Herb Cheese Ball Mix and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. The Olive and Herb is a tastefully simple item. I also put in about 1 tablespoon onion onion (Another Tastefully Simple item) to the cream cheese. I used 1 lb of regular sausage and 1 lb of spicy sausage....I would like it spicier but you have to please the crowd! I us

I definately am going to try this!!! Looks alot like a recipe I have been making for years but never thought to add cream cheese to the sausage. Only change I will be making is to use hot pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar to give it that little something!!

This is my family's favorite "go-to" recipe! They can tell what's cookin' when they walk through the door! My alterations are to add the cream cheese & a drained can of Ro*Tel right into the skillet with the pork & omit the cheddar cheese altogether. And it's not just for breakfast or appetizer -- we have it for any meal! I always make a double batch -- it reheats nicely!
