When I told my husband we were having bread pudding he turned his nose up. But after his second helping I knew it was a hit. Very easy to make, had to bake it for close to an hour. I will double the recipe next time!

4-18-09 made this for breakfast yesterday and both my husband and i loved it. was just the sized serving for the two of us.

I used the crusty rolls instead of the soft, and found it a bit too eggy and not enough like bread pudding the first time, but I''ve tweaked it to our liking by doubling the bread. Very tasty!
