Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10-inch nonstick or dark pan with sides with Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray. Unroll dough in pan; press to edges of pan. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the basil; press into crust. Bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, microwave frozen broccoli as directed on bag; cut up larger pieces. Drain on paper towels and pat dry; set aside.
Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, stir cooking sauce and flour with wire whisk; cook over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Add broccoli, shrimp and 1/2 cup of the cheese; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the basil.
Spoon shrimp mixture on partially baked crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup remaining cheese.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon basil.
