Salted Caramel Pecan Pie

Ingredients

Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box

cup packed brown sugar
1
cup light corn syrup

tablespoons butter, cut into pieces

teaspoon vanilla
1/2
teaspoon salt

cups chopped pecans

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie, using 9-inch glass pie plate.
  2. 2 In 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar, corn syrup and butter to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. Cool 10 minutes. Beat in eggs with whisk until well combined. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  3. 3 Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting, at least 1 hour.
