These were very easy to make and easier to eat, oh my goodness! The only trouble I had was getting something stiff enough to stir up the ingredients, its very thick and dense. But the flavors blend very well, I can't wait to hand them out in my Christmas cookie/treat bags. :)

DELICIOUS! Super easy to make. The total time was quicker than 1 hour and 50 minutes as stated in the recipe. I love that this recipe makes 60 macaroons. I made these over 2 weeks ago and brought them to a party. Everyone was asking for the recipe! I still have some left over and they're still fresh and taste amazing - the perfect balance of flavors in every sweet 'n salty bite. I will definitely make these again!

Super easy, especially for a macaroon. Crispy on the outside and rich and moist on the inside. The caramel, chocolate and salt made these little little bites amazing. The pecan is just a bonus. All the flavors dance in your mouth!! 5 dozen and I can't stop eating them...

These were very easy to make. I over baked the first couple trays ... they were crunchy ... but good. The other trays I took out sooner and they were amazing. I put them on different sides of the container and people would take one from each side. It was interesting to see that both chewy and crunchy were loved by different people. We will be making these again!
