Salsa Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky Medium Salsa

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoon lime juice

boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat half of gas grill to medium heat or place charcoal along 1 side of charcoal grill and heat until coals are hot. In small bowl, combine salsa, cilantro and lime juice; mix well.
  • 2 When ready to grill, lightly oil unheated side of grill rack. Place chicken pieces on oiled grill; top with salsa mixture. Cover grill; cook 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
