These are delicious. We had them at my Mom's wedding served. They were gone fast! People loved them. Also, made them for our church celebration and they were also a huge hit! Yummy Yum. Even people that don't like fish love them!

Easy to follow recipe and turned out lovely. I don't personally eat salmon, but everyone who had them at my party loved them. Simple but elegant little tartlets.

What a delightful recipe and so very versatile! I was stymied as to what to make this year for our local superbowl party...the appetizer each guest must have in hand as an entry ticket is every bit as important, and probably more competive, than the winning score. I like the rich and hearty crunch almost as much as the unique nutrional value of these little guys... a yummy blast of omega 3s in every bite. They are equally tasty made with shredded poached chicken breast. Thank you Pillsbury for enabling such inspiration.
