Salmon Artichoke and Smoked Mozzarella Flatbreads with Tomato Basil Topping

This flatbread is an easy and quick supper or appetizer. It's great for kids because it includes fish and vegetables.

Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust 13.8 oz

4-ounce seasoned grilled salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
1
4-ounce jar artichokes, drained and quartered
2
cups shredded smoked mozzarella cheese (another flavor cheese may be used)
2/3
cup purchased refrigerated tomato/basil bruschetta topping (you could also use fresh)

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line three baking sheets with no-stick foil.
  • 2 Spread pizza dough out on work surface. Cut into six pieces. Roll each into a round, thin circle. Place two flatbreads on each baking sheet.
  • 3 Divide salmon and artichokes among flatbreads. Sprinkle shredded smoked mozzarella on top.
  • 4 Place baking sheets in oven. Bake flatbreads 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubb
  • 5 •Recipe serves six and can be prepared in less than thirty minutes.
