Scrumptious and easy! Did think it could have used one more egg for a little more substance, though. Used smoked gouda instead of the dill havarti but added a bit of dill weed which made it like using smoked salmon.

Very good and simple dish. Hubby loves it! I substituted eggs with liquid eggs, 1/4 cup of reg and 1/4 c liquid egg white(any store brand works as well as the name brand).I sprayed pan with butter flav non-stick spray and I used spray butter(yellow bottle, not the blue) instead of real butter(unscrew top and use 2TBS). I have made this according to recipe listed, but my substituted version tasted just as good and my hubby did not know the difference. I have to watch what he eats. lol. *Note: The Yellow spray butter(I.C.B.I.N.B) has no sodium, and the blue bottle(Par***) has a bit. U can use either, but watch addind extra salt if u choose to use the blue bottle. Making this for dinner by request 2nite.
