Salami Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 6 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced salami
  • 6 leaves leaf lettuce

    In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard and chiles until smooth.

    Heat tortillas as directed on package. On each warm tortilla, spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture and top evenly with salami; spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture over salami and top with lettuce leaf.

    Roll up each tortilla tightly; trim ends. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until serving time.

    To serve, cut each roll into 8 pieces; secure each piece with cocktail toothpick.

  • Party stores sell many decorative cocktail toothpicks. Choose toothpicks to fit the theme of the gathering.
