i have made this the past two years now and i love it! i do things a little different though..i am a big butter lover i know bad, but i substitute to oil for butter and make a butter paste .. i lift up the turkey skin and rub the meat with the butter and use the extra on the outside and in the hole hehe it turn out more moist to me.
