At a time when fat-laden dips are the norm, this refreshing fruit snack will please both adults and young people.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries (small or cut in half)
  • 1 red apple, cut into slices
  • 1 green apple, cut into slices

Steps

    In small bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in orange juice concentrate, cinnamon and nutmeg. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    To serve, place bowl of dip on serving platter or tray. Arrange fruit around dip.
