This was really good, but next time I might add a little more orange juice as I thought the taste of it got a little lost. Also, I thought the dressing could be a little thicker. Otherwise, very yummy and refreshing. Pineapple and/or might be good in this, too.

This is a great salad that is easy to make and perfect for a baby shower, bridal shower or any special occasion. I have made this for several brunch type showers and it is a favorite of everyone in attendance. I have varied the fruit depending on the season and haven''t found one I wouldn''t put into this awesome salad.
