Not much harder to make than plain meat loaf, this dressed-up version is nice enough for company.

Made this last night without the spinach. Turned out pretty good. The pizza sauce and the sausage added a nice twist to traditional meatloaf. I should have rolled it tighter because most of the cheese got out. I would recommend making this for something different.

This recipe is a keeper. I make it at least once a week now. We are gluten free so I do sub gluten free crackers for bread crumbs and make my own pizza sauce. You may want to go ahead and make 2. IT IS THAT GOOD. The whole family LOVES it.
